Topu Mould project team is comprised of 3 experienced engineers. A project engineer will be designated after project approved, to be responsible for schedule, technical communication, coordination and so on. Employee with positive work attitude and high responsibility and our institutionalized workflow is one of the bases to assure our customer that every project will be completed smoothly.
★ Any questions about project schedule, quality etc from customer will be responded within 12 hour ,with an answer or solution, so everything is under the control of customer
★ Project Process Report will be sent to customer by our Project Engineer after project approved . Updated Project Process Report and related photos will be sent weekly on Monday.
★ Mold Trial Report ,Molding Process Parameter Report and Dimension Inspection Report will be sent to customer together for reference after each mold trial
★ Any changes about the project must be approved by customer and be recorded on paper and save in the project folder.
★Completed project documents will be delivered with shipment for customers to manage the project data after the project is finished
★Our project engineer will check each item and fragile spare parts before loaded and take photos for confirmation
★The follow document will be shipped with exporting mold :
1. Printed 2D assembly drawing, printed hot runner drawings (hot runner mold), material certificate (mold base, cavity, core, main inserts, slider,lift), heat treatment certificate
2. The latest samples and runner
3. All the finishing electrode
4. A disc including all 2D,3D, EDM data, photos of mold parts and mold trial video
5. A list of fragile spare parts
