★carry out strict regulation on the edition system and storage for all files to ensure that the data used is correct
★Execute IPQC program strictly to ensure that goods purchased can meet the quality requirements. Suppliers must offer all the certificate on material, hardness, COC and so on.
★Carry out the workflow of self-inspection first ,quality department check second and then next process recheck on each step of manufacturing ,to insure each part is totally made according to the drawing
★In order to ensure high quality and consistency on each batch of products , approved sample by customer and operation instruction manual are necessary for mass production. Mass production must be after the first sample approved, spot check during production and recheck before shipment are required.
★strict visible material management to insure the material used can reach the requirement on the drawing.
★Sample Dimension Inspection Report will be given in 2-3 days after each mold trial and remain the report result for 3 years.
